This is a type of thermal conductivity high frequency PCB made on
Taconic’s RF-60TC, which is designed to provide lower operating
temperature in high power applications, better gain and efficiency
by improved dielectric heat dissipation and exceptionally lower

This circuit board is dual layers with finished 1oz copper. Solder
mask and silkscreen overlay are on top layer. On the bottom layer
is fully copper covered with immersion gold as the shield function.
It’s 0.8mm thick and 50 boards are vacuum packed for shipment.
